Criativos à la Carte, we take pride in offering unique and high-quality art pieces to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and you may need to return a purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to discuss your options.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. However, we do accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Please note that all of our art pieces are unique and one-of-a-kind, so we cannot offer exchanges or replacements for a different piece of art.
